Alianza Americas and UbuntuEs invite you to a space for reflection and analysis on how structural and everyday racism affects the mental health of people of color.

We will explore the impact of racism on the emotional well-being of Afro-descendant, Indigenous, and migrant populations, addressing how discrimination and exclusion generate stress, anxiety, and other psychological consequences.

This event is part of the Mirtha Colón Permanent Seminar and will have simultaneous interpretation into English.
