International Migrants Day 2024: Let's celebrate our value and our contributions

On International Migrants Day, we join our network of 58 member organizations in reaffirming our commitment to building diverse societies that offer opportunities and a dignified life to all migrants.

On International Migrants Day we celebrate our presence and elevate all that we bring to the societies that welcome us and to our countries of origin. The pillars on which U.S. society is built, for example, are the dreams and aspirations of migrants who come in search of security, dignity and opportunity. To fight for the well-being and integration of migrants in the United States is to fight for the future of one in four children born in this country. Migrants are an essential part of my community. Each one is like a piece of the puzzle that shapes our beautiful and diverse nation.
