T4T Empowerment (Desde un Corazón Trans) is a trans-led organization dedicated to advancing the leadership, organizing, and rights of Trans and Gender Expansive (TGE) people and migrant communities. Through trainings, workshops, and support services, the organization promotes trans liberation, migrant justice, HIV and violence prevention, and community leadership development. Through community-centered programs, ecosystem building, and advocacy, T4T Empowerment works to transform systems of exclusion while amplifying the voices, resilience, and self-determination of trans and migrant communities.
